The withdrawal is effective only if it is exercised no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the products; the Consumer will take care of the return of the products to the aforementioned Rossini S.r.l. headquarters. no later than the following 15 days. In the 20 days following receipt of the products subject to withdrawal, Rossini will fully refund the price paid by the Consumer with the exception of the shipping costs for returning the products which will remain the responsibility of the consumer (as provided for by the ruling of 3 September 2009 in section I , and sentence of 15 April 2010, section IV, EC Court of Justice).

An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the products to be returned. In the event that the Customer sends back the products after the above deadline or in the case of open and/or partially used products that are not suitable for return, the right of withdrawal will not apply and Rossini will return the Customer the purchased good by charging the cost of further shipping.
