The customer, for any clarification and/or communication, can contact by telephone (0173.612159) or e-mail (info@rossinicaffe.it) the offices of Rossini S.r.l. from Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 17.30.

Payment is accepted only via the systems listed below: Credit card (American Express, Visa or Mastercard) through the PayPal payment platform.

PayPal: online payment system that allows any company or consumer with an email address to send and receive payments, upon registration. Payment takes place via the PayPal payment platform.

Bank transfer: your order will be sent as soon as confirmation of payment is received from the bank. We remind you that the reason must contain the code of the order number you placed.

Shipments and deliveries of products can be made exclusively in the territories of the Italian Republic, S. Marino and Vatican City.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient of the products.
The shipping cost is €9.00. Shipping is free for orders over €70.00 or for the purchase, in the appropriate section, of one of the "Box" products.

All our shipments are entrusted to private courier services or to Poste Italiane Spa.

The withdrawal is effective only if it is exercised no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the products; the Consumer will take care of the return of the products to the aforementioned Rossini S.r.l. headquarters. no later than the following 15 days.
