Three generations of coffee lovers

Passion and quality since 1979: our family, craftsmanship, hand selection. A coffee with intensity and aroma, a story of care and dedication.

Caffè Rossini- Azienda

From the ancient art of roasting at Rossini Caffè, through generations of dedication, to the new frontiers of taste embodied by La Brasilera: a profound celebration of passion, tradition and innovation in the vibrant world coffee scene.

Back in 1979, Armando Allario and Luigi Alario laid the foundations of what was to become the famous Rossini Caffè, a roasting company that has kept alive the passion and tradition of three generations despite the evolution of tools. Dedicated to the meticulous care and quality of coffee, Rossini exports its distinctive flavour to more than 20 countries. From the same era, but with a refreshed identity in 2011, emerges 'La Brasilera'. Characterised by a monochromatic elegance of black and white, this brand represents innovation and sociality in the world of coffee. Whether it is the enveloping sweetness of white coffee or the perfect balance of acid and bitterness of black, La Brasilera offers a unique taste experience for the most refined palates. Although these two brands have individual paths, together they represent a heritage of passion, tradition and innovation in the world of coffee.
